Standard Crew & Crew Chiefs
Our standard local crew and event crew have got a general understanding of AV equipment, set and stage design, and how to load and unload trucks quickly and safely. They are the muscles that take your equipment from the van into the venue. Taking and setting up heavy items such as stage decks, set panels, trusses, speakers or lighting rigs.
Crew Chief: For teams of four crew or more, we provide a Crew chief, who has an extensive understanding of the events industry, a solid experience and management skills. He takes direction from the client, organising and directing the crew to get the work done quickly and efficiently.
Carpenter Crew
We have several qualified carpenters & set builders on our books. They bring all the needed carpentry tools with them like power drills, staple guns, hand saws, etc. Their usual tasks vary from assembling back drops, putting carpets and fascia on a stage as well as building the interior of marquees or even helping in clients workshops.
Forklift Telehandler
If your workload is too heavy/ big for general labour to handle we can help by sending forklift or telehandler drivers. They are qualified and experienced at safely loading and unloading heavy voluminous items from a truck into position.
Please note that we don't provide the machines but only the drivers.
IPAF/ PASMA certified
For work at height we have different solutions, the first one is a PASMA certified crew who will be able to build a scaffold tower in order to carry out mid height tasks such as fixing light on a ceiling or painting a high wall. We also have IPAF certified crew who can operate boom lift cherry-pickers and scissor-lifts for high height tasks to be carried out on.
Please note that we do not provide the scaffold towers or machines.
First Aiders
For big scale event builds and break downs, we can provide first aiders who will be able to deal with any health and safety emergencies on site.
Man and Van
We have a London-based man and van service specialising in collecting and delivering event equipment from any venue to your chosen destination, both in the UK and overseas. Lorand has over 10 years of experience in the event industry, working as a qualified van driver, technician, and crew member. He expertly handles and secures delicate equipment during loading, transport, and unloading.
Whether it’s event displays, stands, props, instruments, flight cases, or wedding and party accessories, we ensure safe and timely deliveries to film studios, exhibitions, and office spaces.
Our van is a long wheelbase Luton Van with a tail lift, capable of carrying up to 1 tonne.
